Over four theoretical and practical sessions, you'll understand the fundamentals of meditation and have the key elements to practice safely at home.
Expect a presentation of meditation concepts and preliminary practices, including physical and breathing exercises, guided meditations and tools to support your meditation practice.
This course is ideal for anyone interested in starting meditation, understanding the basics or needing guidance on their meditation practice.
This is a donation-based course with proceeds from the course fees used to educate and empower vulnerable children in South Nigeria and South India, supported by local NGOs.
