Join us at our yoga classes tailored for parents.

We recognize the challenge of maintaining a consistent yoga practice when caring for little ones. We believe that there should be space for everyone in the yoga community, where having a child in your care should never be a reason for exclusion, especially considering that parents often crave that extra bit of mental space.

Our vision

is to create space where parents and children can share the practice together

Our yoga course is open to both new and seasoned parents, and we want to welcome children of all ages. Our vision is to create a space where parents and children can share the practice together. For the little ones who prefer to play, we've set up a dedicated play corner. Alternatively, they are more than welcome to join in the yoga session with the group. We believe that having your kids with you is a fantastic opportunity to lead by example. Your mindful yoga practice might just inspire them to embrace their own practice, whether now or in the future.

In each class, you can expect two teachers – one keeping a watchful eye on the little ones and the other guiding the practice.

We aim

to offer space for parents to meet and connect

We want to offer two classes per week: one that grounds you, focusing on resting your nervous system, and another that amps up the energy, letting you boost your energy levels.

We also aim for this space to be a chance for parents to meet and connect. We know that, especially for those living far from their families, parenthood can feel isolating at times. Our goal is to build a community of parents who share similar experiences. If this resonates with you, come and join us, because the more, the merrier!

Agata

Agata has been studying yoga for over 15 years and started teaching in 2017 after completing her training in India.

For Agata, yoga is an opportunity to self-reflect and to be present in the moment. She is dedicated to bringing those qualities into her teaching. Her teaching is rooted in Hatha yoga principles, with a strong focus on body and breath awareness. Yoga, for her, goes beyond the mat and especially there, has become an integral part of her life. She is fascinated about the human brain and its development especially at its early stage.

Beyond yoga, driven by her passion about early child development,  she is studying to become a teacher and at the same time leading a project to open a forest preschool in Iceland. She is also an active member of FamilyLab, an organization supporting parents and families in maintaining mindful relations. Agata has completed HypnoBirthing educator training.
