In this deliciously packed one-day workshop we will introduce the basic concepts of yoga and go into the fundamentals of the yoga practice. Whether you are an absolute beginner to yoga, have a little practice but feel a bit lost, or just want to refresh your basics, this workshop will be very helpful. 

Core philosophy, breath, meditation and alignment are just some of the things we will address, ending with a simple Vinyasa flow, where we put all that in practice.
