Welcome to a mindful urban afternoon retreat in Downtown Reykjavík at Reykjavík Yoga.
During 2,5 hours we will immerse ourselves in healing soft yoga and meditation wrapped in healing silence.

WHEN?

HOW/WHAT’S INCLUDED?
➳ We will enjoy the magical silence together for 2,5 hours. We will practice a soft, slow, long class with focus on mindful awareness with yoga, pranayama, meditation and rest. We will use essential oils during the class and a face massage is included in the practice.
We are ending the class with some light snacks (raw balls) before we say goodbye.
FOR WHO?
➳ Anyone who is curious about silence, slowing down, give yourself rest and practice self care. We will enjoy a nourishing day, with time to rest, restore, reconnect and refill ❥ You don’t need any previous experience.
