DANIELA SCHÜTT
@daniela_schutt
Runs a yogastudio in Sweden since 20 years back. She started her yoga journey in 2000 and have training in Ashtangayoga, Kundalini yoga, Yin yoga, TRE-Trauma releasing exercises, Body Art, Power yoga and pranayama.
Stress and Fascia and how they affect us is a special interest. Based on that interest, my own yoga form Sense-In ® has emerged. Yoga carries fantastic techniques that we, together with modern research, can use to balance the body and the nervous system. We can train a stronger nervous system, which means that we can handle both physical and emotional stress better.
