Does the body feel tense and stiff? Do you have a hard time relaxing and letting go when you finally get the chance to?
Borrowing tools from hatha yoga, yoga therapy and restorative yoga we’ll ease into the coming months of shorter days and colder air. Using these tools to strengthen and support our nervous system, release tension and reduce stress in the body.
The classes will be structured around soft flows and stretches, restorative poses and breathing exercises, as well other exercises that help us feel more at ease and let go of tension. Each class will end with a deep relaxation, using different techniques, sending us off to a good night’s sleep.
Limited spots available, giving us the chance to personalise the practise and paying more attention to each individual.
