Yoga Nidra translates to "yogic sleep" and is a form of meditation where different stages of awareness are explored. It is a state where we are exploring the border between awake and asleep, the liminal space or the hypnagogic space. Being in that space can help us heal the body, lower our stress levels and decrease anxiety. 75 minutes of self-love.
The Nidra class begins with still light movements before we enter the stillness together, prepare yourself for a warm, comfortable class with lots of pillows, blankets and good smells♥️
