Yoga flow and deep relaxation is led by Klara and Wazy Lizard -Sébastien Nouat- accompanies the class with live ambient music. Both Klara and Sébastien work intuitively, they are creating a space where you as a practitioner become a participant to the whole flow and experience where movement blends with sounds and suddenly your body is in a moving meditation.

Klara has been teaching at Reykjavík Yoga since 2016 and when she used to teach Flow classes, it was music that used to create all the sequences. It is very magical when the creation of a Yoga sequence happens on the spot with live music.

Introducing our musician :
Sébastien Nouat has been supplying Reykjavik with ambient music for more than 3 years with his project Wazy Lizard. On his own or to support dance and yoga sessions, he creates the fabric of his improvised compositions by weaving together the sound waves of multiple kinds of musics instruments - guitar, percussion, flutes, throat singing, glass - and take in the energy of the audience.
