Extracting practices from Yoga and tantra that are known to uplift your spirit, regulate your nervous system and balance your energy.
You’ll be moving through poses ( asanas ) in a particular way - working with the spine to awaken energy. There is an underlying intention for the whole duration of the class which is to regulate your nervous system - through specific way of breathing, using techniques that stimulate the vagus nerve and hence activate the parasympathetic nervous system.
