This is a well balanced 3 hour long class based on Hatha Yoga.
You’ll be practicing a very powerful sequence that is designed to boost the internal wellbeing - nothing in the sequence is random and you’ll be also learning about the benefits the practice has on your body.

The intention is to leave you feeling rejuvenated and connected to yourself, not exhausted ! So even though the class is long, it is balancing and nourishing, with the right amount of energising poses and practices and relaxing and unwinding ones.

Class is accessible to all levels. Everyone is welcome to join.
