This is a 2 month program designed to give you an in-depth experience of a powerful Yogic style that has been making humans healthier and more balanced for generations.
In this course you will follow a structure, a methodology of practices including a specific asana sequence ( a sequence of poses - you will learn their use, benefits and alignment ) AND other modalities of Yoga :
- breathing techniques
- purification techniques
- concentration techniques
- meditation and visualisation techniques
- basic knowledge about the psychosomatic connections and nervous system regulation
- basic Yogic philosophy to enhance your practice
and more.
* option to study IN PERSON or ONLINE (or combination of both )
- ALL classes will be recorded and you will have access to an online learning platform which is easy to navigate.
This allows you to practice at your own time and/or even after the course is finished.
* you will receive a textbook written by Klara specifically for this course and plenty of online resources throughout the course
* you will have a guidance and support of your teacher for the whole duration of the course and will experience the power of group setting in a transformational 2 month long journey.
